I see the use of technology as a mindless activity at times. What we need is to select and use technology wisely and mindfully. This is a great reminder of this real need.
I think the day is already here. Just last night I saw on the news that a company (can’t remember the name) is making a toliet for kids who are been potty trained that has an i-pad type device attached to it., complete with a big screen that the poor toddlers can stare into while they do thier business…yikes!
That’s sad when you think about it don’t you think? They are taking away children’s imaginations. We had to invent our own games and stories now it’s all there at the touch of a button, no imagination or thought required. I love technology but I think you have to have plenty of other interests as well otherwise you become too insular. Thanks for commenting. cheers Judy
